monthly maintenance contracts consist of a comprehensive maintenance program. On our maintenance visits we perform preventative maintenance checks and procedures to ensure proper operation of your IT assets and then inspect the automated logs on your PCs to look for impending or possible issues.

• Ensuring that all systems are go (no users reporting errors)
• Upgrading any essential operating system files or patches (manufacturer's bug-fixes) to existing software
• Server operating system error logs checked for items noted as requiring service
• Backup system checked for workability
• For those with Internet access, when Internet security issues arise, we will do our best to handle these as quickly as possible after we have been notified and make any needed changes in order to protect your computer networks
• Check for viruses
• Check for spyware
• Clean the registry
• Make recommendations for upgrades if needed
