A large number of small and mid size companies rely on staff for a majority of the tasks that can be automated. This “seamless reliance” on staff results in an increase in operation cost. Through Computer technology large companies have been drastically reducing this reliance and thus increasing their profitability. The same technology is available to small and mid size companies. We will review the Return on Investment issues and strategy in implementing automated technology.

Frank Monfared has been involved in IT and automation industry for over 23 years.
He holds advanced degrees in Management and Information Technology. Business Solutions Group Corp is a certified Microsoft solutions provider and has been implementing computer solutions to US firms since 1992.
